HEY! I’m trying to use my Web Discount Promo Code but I keep getting an error or the discount is not applied, what gives?

Two things to try:

1) Updating your browser to the latest version should do the trick. It just takes a few seconds to do and it’s super easy. Here are the download links:

2) In order for your code to work again, the best thing to do is clear your browser history. This will enable you to ‘start fresh’ with a new order and apply the discount.

With your browser open (applies to Internet Explorer, FireFox or Chrome) press and hold “Ctrl + Shift + Delete” – this will open up a window with a button to ‘Clear browsing history’. After that is complete you can proceed with your order as normal.

HEY! I tried this and it still doesn’t work, what the heck?

If these two tips don’t work for you, no problem! Complete your order without entering the promo in the promo code box.

On the payment page, in the notes section enter the promo code there and we’ll manually credit the discount for you after receiving your order.
