Product warranty for sex toys and accessories

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot offer refunds. We will exchange a product within 30 days if it has a manufacturer’s defect and you have both the original receipt and packaging. Some products have extended long term manufacturer warranties that may also apply with original receipt and packaging. Shipping expenses are non-refundable.
